Award-winners

If you don’t want to become addicted, then don’t start entering…  words I wish someone had said to me before I started entering photographic competitions and exhibitions.  Now it’s too late and I’ve truly been bitten by the competition bug.

To be honest, I didn’t realise how competitive I could be until that first exhibition acceptance… then I wanted an award, then I wanted a medal, then it had to be gold!  Take away the winning element and I soon realised that entering competitions takes me on a journey - the end result being constantly improving and assessing one’s talent.

Obsessive?  Me?  Never!
