Classic and clean…  albums designed to make your photos the total focal point

Top tip – ask your photographer so show you a complete album or complete shoot from a real wedding. That way you get to see what you’re paying for, not just their best shots or shots taken with models.

There’s nothing wrong with showing bridal pictures that pose models (they’re needed for bridal magazines and promotions etc.,) as long as you, the clients, are aware.  Having the time to set up and light a bridal model requires a different skill set to shooting under pressure within a wedding time-frame.

Top tip - don’t make price the focal point for engaging a wedding photographer.  Your photographs may be the only tangible memory of your wedding day.  Ensure you’re happy with the style of photography your chosen photographer shoots, ensure the photographer is insured (you may want to think about insurance for your entire wedding) and insist on a contract so you know what you’re entitled to.  There’s  no problem using friends and family to shoot your pictures instead of a professional, just be aware of their capabilities.

Clients Katie and Scott have kindly agreed to showcasing their album pages.  This couple wanted a clean and contemporary album and some funky photographs as well as the traditional.

Wedding in a winter wonderland – Carrie and Sean

Many thanks to Carrie and Sean for letting me share their album.  The girl had true grit to wear a strapless lace gown when there was a foot of snow on the ground.  The boys had their own way of keeping warm … spirit-filled hip flasks.
