Stevi Heath, Norfolk Photography Group, October 2011 - I had just sat down at my laptop to write a few lines of thanks when I read your email. Thank you very much for the kind words you wrote, but I have to say the gratitude is all on our side. I have never had so many members come up to me and say what an excellent judge, can we have her again. What an articulate speaker you were. We all enjoyed your constructive comments, everyone left feeling they had gained something from your critique of their work. I particularly liked the fact that your winners were taken from across the board in subject – from Mike’s creative Stonehenge montage, to Jack’s horse and carriage under the tree. We all felt that a fair and open-minded judging had taken place that evening.
There were certainly no gripes and moans and only positive comment, you are a really unique judge and I don’t think it will be long before you are on the EAF A panel. I am so glad that you enjoyed the event as much as we did. I do hope you will come and judge for us again next season, and I promise to get the date right. Perhaps I could ask you to come along when the evenings are lighter and your journey less tedious. I will get in touch with you again soon to get a date in your diary for 2012/13.
